  • Monday – Swim
  • Tuesday – Run session – 7:30 am Highbury Fields
  • Wednesday – Run Session – 7:30 Hampstead
  • Thursday – Cycling – Barnet
  • Friday – The River Run – 7:45 BDC // Long Run
    6:30 pm BDC
  • Saturday – 3-5 hour bike / 40 min run – Barnet
  • Sunday – Long Bike Variable*
